Absolutely, there is a pill you can take for better health. Taking this pill can lower blood pressure, improve your immune system, cause a happier/healthier life, decrease weigh, improve spinal function and prolong life. Which pill can do all of this?  Well, the truth is any pill can do all of this and more, as long as you take the pill with you when you do your daily exercises and stretches. Take the pill with you, when you go to bed early enough to get enough rest at night. Take the pill with you as you prepare healthy meals to eat each day. Take the pill with you when you clear your mind of stress and worry by doing things that relax  you. Take the pill with you when you think about maintaining a health attitude toward yourself and others. Take the pill with you when you surround yourself with people that bring you up and make you better.

You see, health isn’t what happens to us, it is how we respond to it. It’s always better to change your lifestyle than it is to take a pill for it.  And if you feel like you must take a pill, just take the pill with you..
